This policy is the common policy covering how FreqPrism (freqprism.com, the "Site") and the apps FreqPrism offers (those served on subdomains of freqprism.com; together with the Site, the "Service") handle information.
Some apps have their own separate privacy policy. Whether an app has one, and what it says, can be checked on that app's own pages (linked from its footer). Where such a policy conflicts with this one, the app-specific policy prevails to the extent of the conflict, and this policy applies to anything it does not cover.
1. Audio and image files
Any audio or image file you load into the Service is processed entirely within your own browser. These files, their contents, and anything the Service generates from them (such as video) are never sent to or stored on an external server.
2. Information stored on your device
Settings and presets may be stored in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted elsewhere. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Apps with paid features may additionally store a license key and purchase details on your device. See that app's own policy for details.
3. Analytics
The Site (freqprism.com) uses no analytics. If we introduce it in future, we will state here what is collected and why.
Whether an app uses analytics, which analytics service it uses, what it collects, and how to opt out all differ by app. See that app's own privacy policy for details. In every case, the content of any audio or image files you load is never included in analytics data.
4. Information collected via contact
If you contact us by email, we collect your email address and the content of your message. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry, and is deleted once your inquiry is resolved and a reasonable period for follow-up has passed.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not share the information we collect with third parties without your consent, except where disclosure is required by law. Some apps use external services to the extent needed to operate them; where they do, this is set out in that app's own privacy policy.
6. Access, correction, and deletion
If you would like us to disclose, correct, suspend the use of, or delete information we hold about you through your contact with us, please write to the address below. We will verify that the request comes from you and respond in accordance with applicable law.
7. Minors
If you are a minor, please use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian.
8. Links to other sites
The Service may link to external sites. Please refer to each site's own privacy policy for how it handles information.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page.

The Service is operated from Japan. In the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions of this policy, the Japanese version prevails.
